A photographic series by Vitali Gelwich about the lives of female fighters around Europe. While their male colleagues earn millions per fight, they often have to juggle two jobs, training, competitions (if they don’t have children) in order to finance their professional careers. To tell their stories, we toured Europe with Vitali Gelwich and met the very best of these women in their most personal surrounding: their homes.
The outcome is a compelling photo and video series about what does it mean to be a professional athlete.
